Old Guy Hockey Return?

April 8, 2016

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve put out a blog post on OGH. I almost visited the rink on Tuesday morning to try out skating but I woke up real early (3:30) not feeling to good.    So hopefully  in the next few weeks I’ll be trying out the new knee on the ice. PT today with a Twist that really made me think

I had PT this morning and after a very grueling but encouraging session I found out my Leg extensions are good. My angles are great …. from a sitting position I’m at 115 degrees (really good … going for 130) and because of my knee issues over the years this is a real good#. My knee was so messed up I don’t think I had 105 degrees before surgery…. SWEET!…
